Customer Advisor Sales Zone (Basel Clara Shopping)

First impressions count! As a Customer Advisor Sales Zone, you are responsible for the professional reception and first-class advice of our customers. You convince in direct customer contact through your competent advice and your enthusiasm for our smart services and products. Whether in person or by telephone: with your expertise and your customer orientation, you make complicated things simple for our customers.

What you can achieve

• You are responsible for expert advice and sales in the areas of numbers, saving/investing, and simple pension advice
• You recognize potentials and develop solutions that are tailored to the individual wishes, goals, and life situations of our customers
• You convince customers of the benefit of an advisory session and arrange appointments with the customer advisors with enthusiasm (also via outbound telephony)
• You recognize customer potentials and direct them specifically to our internal specialists for further consultations
• Occasional Saturday shifts are also part of the field of activity and are divided fairly within the team. Additionally, presence until 18.00 is required every Thursday.

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial basic training EFZ or a comparable training
• Experience in personal customer advice in a Sales Zone
• Completed SAQ certification or willingness to complete it
• Joy in active telephone customer acquisition, motivated and collegial personality with drive
• Very good German skills as well as good French skills in speaking and writing. Further language skills are an advantage
