Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII 60 - 100% late shift, with occasional early shifts

Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Execution of treatment nursing activities
• Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits
• Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach
• Taking over tasks as a reference person
• Management of the nursing process
• Leading case discussions
• Taking over late shift responsibility
• Taking over tasks as a theme bearer, professional authority to instruct

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Experience in RAI is desired
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
