For the testing center of Hogrefe AG at the Bern/Switzerland location, we are looking for an experienced person (all) starting immediately or by arrangement for Specialized consulting on psychological testing procedures Tasks Competent consulting and sustainable support of customers and key accounts regarding psychological testing procedures for clinic, school and profession Acquisition of new customers and representation of the company at specialist events and congresses Conception and development of tailor-made solution and training concepts and independent implementation of in-house training Analysis of market and customer needs as well as derivation of sales impulses Building and maintaining a strong network to key accounts, decision-makers and relevant stakeholders Profile Completed university studies in psychology (Master) Several years of experience in the field of test diagnostics, UX knowledge an advantage Experience in handling the sale of consulting-intensive products and key account management Professional practice in the development and conception of tailor-made solution and training concepts as well as independent implementation of in-house training.
