The Stiftung Bernaville offers a wide range of residential services and day structures for adults with disabilities. The Team Ochse accompanies 16 residents, who live distributed across five apartments and an integrated studio.
For this varied task, we are looking for a motivated reinforcement as of 1 December 2026.

Specialist in Care / Social Pedagogue (60-70%) ##

Your area of responsibility

• Holistic support: You support and accompany adults with cognitive disabilities in all practical, social, and personal matters with the goal of the highest possible quality of life.
• Resource-oriented accompaniment: You specifically activate and strengthen the independence and personal responsibility of the residents in everyday life.
• Agogic everyday life: You actively help shape the daily structure and offer the residents reliable orientation as well as assistance with social participation.
• Administration & documentation: You maintain the agogic progress documentation and reliably complete necessary administrative tasks.

What you bring with you

• Professional background: A completed pedagogical education (e.g., Fachperson Betreuung / FaBe, social pedagogy) and/or sound specialist knowledge in accompanying people with cognitive disabilities.
• Experience is an advantage: Knowledge and/or practical experience in dealing with people with cognitive and psychological disabilities is a big plus.
• Personality: Initiative, reliability, and flexibility. You remain calm even in demanding situations and bring a healthy dose of humor.
• Digital skills: Use of common IT applications (Microsoft suite).
