HR fenaco, HR IT Systems and Operations department, is responsible for, among other things, all tasks in the area of payroll and social insurance, as well as ensuring master data and payroll administration with teams at three locations. To complement the HR Payroll & Social Insurance team in Bern, we are looking for a reliable and flexible personality starting immediately or by arrangement.

Payroll & Social Insurance Specialist w/m/d

These tasks will inspire you

• Together with the team, you will ensure the monthly payroll execution including posting runs are completed on time
• You will actively assist in the creation of statements with social insurance companies and withholding taxes
• You will support the three HR Operation teams in daily business as well as with application questions regarding Payroll & Social Insurance
• In the event of restructurings, smaller or larger reorganizations, you will maintain the organizational structure for the approximately 50 subsidiaries of the fenaco cooperative
• Participation in the definition and compliance of controls (IKS) for around 11,000 employees as well as ongoing optimization of data quality, processes and fundamentals
• Participation in projects within the specialist department

We look forward to this profile

• Several years of practice as a Payroll / HR specialist with sound specialist knowledge in Swiss social insurance law and payroll, if possible in a large company
• Very good SAP HCM knowledge
• Confident handling of MS Office and UKA Solutions as well as willingness to learn and apply new IT tools (ATOSS)
• Further training in the field of payroll and/or social insurance desired
• High customer and service orientation
• German proficient in speaking and writing, French is an advantage
