Your tasks ###

• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process - from needs analysis to contract signing
• Development and implementation of recruiting strategies for various business areas
• Conducting interviews and selection processes in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Building and maintaining candidate and partner networks
• Advising managers on personnel planning and candidate selection
• Design and implementation of a structured onboarding process
• Accompanying new employees and organizing induction seminars
• Support with HR-relevant topics as well as labor law issues
• Participation in HR projects (recruiting, talent management, personnel development)
• Promotion of a positive corporate culture and employee retention

Your profile ###

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a focus on recruiting and onboarding
• Knowledge of HR software and recruiting tools
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Very good German skills, French is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent and independent way of working
• High social competence, empathy and solution orientation
• Flexibility and readiness for innovation in a dynamic environment
