For a medium-sized and successful mechanical engineering company, we are looking for a qualified CNC mechanic / poly mechanician for the processing of demanding workpieces on modern CNC milling machines and drilling machines. Your tasks Programming, setting up and operating CNC-controlled milling machines or drilling machines Working with Heidenhain controls (TNC 640 or iTNC530) Independent production of medium and large series Processing of large components with workpiece weights up to 30 Tonnen Optimization of production processes and programs Working with the CAM system Mastercam (knowledge of advantage) Quality control of the manufactured workpieces Collaboration in 2-shift operation Your profile Completed training as a poly mechanician, machining technician, toolmaker or mechapraktiker Alternatively, several years of professional experience in CNC milling or on drilling machines Good knowledge in programming of CNC machines mandatory Experience with Heidenhain controls of advantage Independent, exact and reliable working method Willingness to work shifts Mobile or resident in the Wangen SZ region The offer Long-term employment in an established mechanical engineering company Modern infrastructure with demanding production tasks
