YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY You assume responsibility for demanding projects in the banking environment with a current focus on Digital Banking and Customer Engagement. In doing so, you plan and control projects from conception to successful implementation and coordinate the cooperation between banks, internal specialists, and external software and technology partners. You keep an eye on deadlines, quality, costs, and risks and ensure that the agreed project goals are reliably achieved. As a central contact person, you represent your projects to the various stakeholders, create transparency through target-group-oriented reporting, and ensure professional project governance. At the same time, you contribute your technical understanding, advise customers in finding solutions, and drive projects forward with initiative.

YOUR PROFILE You have a higher education in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field and bring sound experience in the management or control of projects. Ideally, you are familiar with the procedures and processes of a bank or a financial service provider and can quickly familiarize yourself with banking-specific and technological issues. You know how to bring different interests together, effectively manage external partners, and maintain an overview even in complex project situations. Your way of working is structured, analytical, and solution-oriented. At the same time, you convince through initiative, organizational talent, and strong social competence. You enjoy taking responsibility and see yourself as an active driving force within a project.
