The SEAE's mission is to administratively manage students and the Faculty's curricula in a fair, equitable and consistent manner, particularly regarding regulations, study plans, admissions, examinations and appeals.
Your main missions will be:
For the Master programme
• Plan, organize and coordinate 3 examination sessions for Master programmes;
• Orient students regarding university, faculty and programme regulations;
• Administratively manage student files;
• Manage appeals for Master programmes;
• Support the development of the SEAE.
For the Bachelor programme
• Ensure the organization and logistics of welcome days for Bachelor students;
• Coordinate and support teachers involved in the welcome days;
