Today 4133 Pratteln (Hybrid) Import / Export • Permanent position Hybrid Salary band 75'000 - 80'000 CHF 01 Future employer ## Our client is looking for a committed, service- and solution-oriented personality for the Export and Sales Back Office area to strengthen the team immediately or by arrangement. 02 Your task ## • You receive orders, record them, and independently accompany them through the entire process until delivery, including the creation of all necessary documents • You independently handle customs formalities in the export and import area (EU customs clearance) and maintain contact with logistics partners and authorities • You support sales extensively: You monitor incoming orders, process returns, and maintain the accounts receivable master data (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage) • You competently take care of complaints, returns, and warranty cases • You are responsible for the telephone switchboard as well as the processing of incoming and outgoing mail • You undertake general sales support, including travel organization as well as participation in trade fairs and marketing activities 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further training • Flexible working hours • Guaranteed hybrid or home office work • International field of activity • Modern workplace 04 Your profile ## • Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification • Experience in export/customs is an advantage • Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage • Independent, exact, and solution-oriented way of working • Good communication skills in German, other language skills (e.g., French/English) are an advantage • Ability to work in a team and flexibility 05 Useful information ## • Participation in external further training • Flexible working hours • International field of activity • Guaranteed hybrid and home office work • Modern workplace
