Technical Service Specialist (m/w/d)

For our highly innovative product Affera, we are looking for a Technical Service Specialist (m/w/d) who brings state-of-the-art technologies into clinical everyday life and thereby actively contributes to improving patient care. This position is to be filled in the region of Switzerland (Central Switzerland). You will primarily be active in this region and work closely with our customers on site. At the same time, the role offers the opportunity to undertake national travel to support our customers throughout Switzerland. Occasionally, international travel may also be required to participate in advanced training and sessions that help you develop your skills and stay up to date with the latest technology. Responsibilities include the following: • Installation, maintenance and repair of Affera systems at customers • Technical fault diagnosis and sustainable problem solving • Support in the introduction of new devices and technologies • Close cooperation with Technical Support and internal interfaces • Ensuring quality, safety and compliance standards • Building trusting customer relationships through professional service Required knowledge and experience: • Degree or training in the field of medical technology, electrical engineering or comparable • Experience in technical service of medical technology products • Analytical, solution-oriented way of working • High customer orientation and strong communication skills • Very good German and good English skills • Willingness to travel; IT/network knowledge is an advantage • Central place of residence in Switzerland
