This is what you can move * Processing inquiries for the Meeting & Events (MICE) area: Advising seminar and banquet organizers, active sale of event services on and at Pilatus * Creating offers and confirmations as well as processes for seminars & banquets * Competent supervision of the events on site * Organization of framework programs * Invoicing for the seminar & banquet area * Support/deployment in the area of operational assistance (20-40 %) depending on demand * Late shift incl. overnight stay on the mountain This is what distinguishes you * Warm, communicative and service-oriented personality * Completed vocational training, preferably in the hotel industry and/or experience in the MICE area * Readiness for weekend shifts / public holidays * Proficient use of MS Office and common hotel software (Protel is an advantage) * Excellent German and English skills, French or other languages are an advantage * Quick comprehension as well as organizational talent * Ability to work in a team, resilience, flexibility This is what you can look forward to * Employee profit sharing - your success is our success!
