Civil Engineering Project Manager 80-100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage road, railway, and civil engineering infrastructure projects
• Ensure works management and operational monitoring of construction sites
• Coordinate the various stakeholders (clients, partners, companies)
• Plan, organize, and control project progress
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality
• Manage the administrative, technical, and financial aspects of mandates
• Ensure compliance with current standards, laws, and procedures

Profile

• EPF/HES engineering diploma or ES technician
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a civil engineering office in Switzerland, ideally in the field of road and railway infrastructure and civil engineering structures
• Excellent mastery of VSS, SIA standards and public procurement
• Proficiency with IT tools, especially Messerli
• Analytical mind, sense of organization, and autonomy
• Natural leadership and good interpersonal skills
