Available as soon as possible Job Description ### Within dynamic multidisciplinary teams, you ensure the comprehensive care of patients suffering from mental disorders. Your responsibilities include: • Evaluating the mental and physical health of patients upon admission. • Developing, implementing, and coordinating personalized care projects. • Conducting supportive and motivational nursing interviews. • Managing psychiatric crisis and emergency situations with calm and professionalism. • Ensuring the monitoring of medical treatments and their side effects. • Leading therapeutic workshops and discussion groups. • Collaborating closely with families and the external care network. Profile ### \-Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or a diploma recognized by SEFRI Suisse (recognition required). \-Specialization: Proven experience or specialization in mental health/psychiatry. \-Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, emotional management, and observational skills. \-Language: Perfect mastery of French (oral and written).
