With around 160 employees at several locations, the organization is one of the larger providers in the field of outpatient care. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed and professionally competent personality as a Registered Nurse HF/FH for the Competence Center Psychiatry.

Your tasks

• Contribution of specialist knowledge in outpatient psychiatric care
• Independent design of the entire nursing process
• Carrying out needs assessments according to interRAI-CMH
• Cooperation with relatives, doctors, clinics, and specialist agencies
• Representation of colleagues internally and externally
• Engagement in committees of the Competence Center Psychiatry
• Participation in the further development of the Competence Center

Your profile

• Diploma as a Registered Nurse HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry
• Several years of professional experience in inpatient psychiatry
• Ideally an existing ZSR number
• Experience with needs assessments according to interRAI-CMH
• Independent and self-responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of a varied, dynamic working environment
• Ability to work in a team and engagement in committees
• Driver's license category B, ideally own vehicle
