About us
The suiBelag GmbH is a specialized company for underlayments and floor structures in new constructions and renovations in the Schwyz area and surroundings. We work with cement and calcium sulfate underlayments as well as hard concrete coverings for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings according to SIA 252.

Your tasks
Preparing the substrate (cleaning, grinding, milling, repairing, sealing against moisture and frost).
Laying underlayments (cement, calcium sulfate/anhydrite, hard concrete) according to plans, standards, and manufacturer specifications.
Installing thermal and impact sound insulation as well as protection of lines (heating, sanitary, electrical).
Producing, mixing, and installing mortar/screed masses incl. hard concrete, machine leveling, smoothing, and finishing.
Performing spatula, sealing, and simple coating work.
Operation, care, and simple maintenance of the conveying and mixing systems as well as other machines (mortar pump, grinding and milling machines).
Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety on the construction site.

Your profile
Training as an Industrial and Underlayment Builder EFZ or several years of professional experience in the field of underlayments / screed.
Good practice in the processing of cement, calcium sulfate, and hard concrete floors.
Manual dexterity, physical resilience, and a reliable way of working.
Teamwork skills, independent work, and proactive thinking on the construction site.
Driver's license Cat. B.
Communication in German at construction site level (oral).
