What are your main tasks?

• the focus is on the comprehensive care of patients after neurosurgical procedures in tandem with a registered nurse
• in doing so, you improve your acute care skills by incorporating the nursing concepts Bobath, Kinaesthetics, and Basale Stimulation
• independent work within the defined scope of competence is part of your everyday life
• rapidly changing and complex patient situations characterize your daily routine, whereby you actively shape a constructive cooperation with the medical and therapeutic teams

What do you bring with you?

• you have completed training as Fachangestellte:r Gesundheit EFZ or will complete it soon
• you have already gained work experience in a hospital
• the care of neurosurgical patients in a high-end medical environment interests you
• you are a socially competent, team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality
• you appreciate a diverse and dynamic working environment
• you are willing to work in the three-shift system in each of the shifts
