Vocational Training Officer Automation Technician EFZ and IT Specialist EFZ 80-100% (w/m/d)

What you can achieve • Co-responsibility for the delivery of basic training for Automation Technicians EFZ and preparation for the partial examination or the qualification procedure • Responsible for the implementation of the ÜK modules for the training as Automation Technician EFZ • Manage the recruiting process: From pre-selection to the interview for the apprenticeships at the location • Planning and development of the IT specialist training in the Central Switzerland region • You are the link between RUAG and future talents. In this role, you plan, accompany and evaluate practical trial apprenticeships as well as informative vocational events • Participation in cantonal working groups (e.g., working group OK, Lernortkooperation Zentralschweiz, course commission) What you bring with you • Completed training as Automation Technician EFZ • Further training in the field of vocational training (e.g., vocational trainer course, ÜK leader) is an advantage • IT passion and digital flair • Organizational talent and ability to cooperate with internal and external partners (e.g. with cantonal institutions, education or further training projects) • Strong social and leadership competence as well as enjoyment in working with young people • High service and team orientation • Fluent German and good English skills Salary and benefits Around 3000 employees from RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make a significant contribution to the security of Switzerland every day.
