For the Othmarsingen region, we are looking for a commercial allrounder sales and marketing 40 - 60% (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. Fixed-term until February 2027 with the prospect of a permanent position!

Tasks

• Calculation and preparation of offers
• Maintenance of customer data and administrative sales documents
• Order entry and administrative support of our customers
• Creation of export documents incl. organization of transports
• Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• General administrative activities

Personal requirements

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function
• Very good MS Office skills
• Native German language
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Independent and exact way of working
• Flexible and team-oriented personality
