The Stiftung SAG is a non-profit organization based in Schwerzenbach, which conducts education and labor integration projects for job seekers throughout Switzerland.

We at WerkBahnhof accompany job-seeking people in rediscovering their professional perspectives and actively shaping the way back into the primary labor market. In our labor-market-oriented activity areas, participants strengthen their professional, social, and personal competencies, gain confidence in their own abilities, and develop new professional perspectives. They are accompanied in this process by a dedicated team of job coaching and work pedagogy.

For our location in Bad Ragaz, we are looking for a dedicated personality (m/f/d) as of January 1, 2027, as:

Job Coach: Labor Integration (75%)
with a digital mindset and enjoyment of future-oriented labor integration

Your area of activity:

• Case management and support of job-seeking persons
• Preparation, implementation, and evaluation of solution-oriented individual and group coachings, status and development talks, as well as support in application coaching
• Development and control of individual target agreements and support measures as well as their verification
• Support in the application process as well as assistance in the development of realistic professional perspectives
• Promotion of self-efficacy, personal responsibility, and self-directed learning in the application workshop
• Accompanying our participants in the use of digital tools and AI-supported applications in the application process
• Maintenance and expansion of employer contacts as well as organization and accompaniment of internships, trial assignments, and external work trials
• Documentation, reporting, and exchange with referring agencies as well as active participation in the further development of the offering

What you bring with you:

• Training in the field of coaching, consulting, Supported Employment, or a comparable specialist field
• Confident handling of digital tools, AI-supported applications, and digital forms of learning
• Ability to introduce participants to digital technologies in a practical and low-threshold manner
• Joy in accompanying people in different life situations
• Experience in labor integration and labor-market-oriented coaching is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills, empathetic, and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
