Quality Technician 80-100%
Your mission
As a member of the quality team, the Quality Technician supports the process as a whole as well as the factory during periods of high activity.
Your responsibilities
Create, manage and control labeling data
Ensure self-checks of hand and surface hygiene
Organize internal tastings
Maintain and manage the sample library
Ensure the monitoring of the microbiological analysis plan
Be an internal auditor for the company and participate in external audits
Your profile
Junior profile with training as a food technologist or engineer
Knowledge of the meat sector, an asset
Comfortable with standard IT tools
Strong taste for the field and operational work
Spirit of initiative, autonomy and good organizational skills
Mastery of German or another language, an asset
