You like to roll up your sleeves and take on responsibility? In this versatile role, you will work actively in production while supporting the production management in planning, organization, and administration. Become a member of a committed team and actively contribute to our processes as well as our daily operations.

What you accomplish ###

• You are flexible and can be deployed in all production areas (cutting workshop, preparation, freezer, and order preparation)
• You support purchasing as well as order management
• You rigorously apply our internal quality, hygiene, and safety directives
• You assist the production manager in administrative tasks and production planning
• You ensure the substitution of the production manager in his absence
• You actively coordinate and organize daily operations

What you bring ###

• Education: Completed vocational training (CFC)
• Specialization: Meat specialist
• Professional experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in meat processing
• Several years of experience in a production company
• First experience in management or willingness to assume managerial responsibilities
• Great sense of quality and responsibility
• Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications
• German (C1)
