Taking technical and operational responsibility for the accounting department of the fiduciaire.

The person will become the main accounting referent of the fiduciaire and will supervise two experienced accounting employees in order to ensure the quality of services delivered to clients while supporting the future development of the company.

As part of its continuous growth, a developing Geneva-based fiduciaire is looking for a certified Fiduciary Expert to take responsibility for its accounting and payroll division.

The structure supports a clientele composed mainly of SMEs, entrepreneurs, family groups, and companies active in different business sectors. Recognized for the quality of its advice, it benefits from regular growth and a loyal client portfolio.

You will join a human-sized team composed of experienced specialists in taxation, accounting, and business consulting.

Missions

Technical management of mandates

• Supervision and review of financial accounting
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Preparation and validation of financial statements
• Management of complex accounting situations
• Accounting for service companies, commercial, patrimonial, holdings, and trusts
• Supervision of VAT returns
• Supervision of the preparation of payslips and salary certificates
• Coordination with taxation specialists

Management

• Supervision of two accounting employees
• Daily technical support
• Training and skill development
• Quality review of deliverables
• Organization of department priorities

Client relations

• Main contact for clients on accounting matters
• Participation in client meetings
• Accounting and financial advice
• Development of existing relationships

Organization and innovation

• Participation in the digital migration of tools from Crésus to GIT (Peppermint)
• Development of internal processes
• Optimization of working methods
• Support for the transition towards cloud solutions
• Increasing use of digital tools and AI, automation of tasks

Candidate profile

Education

• Certified Fiduciary Expert, Certified Expert in Finance and Controlling, or Certified Public Accountant

Experience

• At least 8 years of experience in Swiss accounting
• Proven experience in a Swiss fiduciaire
• Accustomed to managing complex mandates
• Experience in securities accounting
• Supervision experience appreciated
