Your tasks

• Manufacture of windows and doors in the workshop
• Work on workshop machines and CNC machines
• Use and programming of a Weinig 5-axis CNC
• Control and monitoring of the entire production chain
• Management of the production planning, from manufacturing to installation
• Organization and coordination of the different production stages
• Supervision and management of the production team
• Quality control and compliance with deadlines
• Collaboration and communication with technicians
• Ensuring the proper functioning and organization of the workshop

Your profile

• CFC in joinery or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in the manufacture of windows and doors
• Very good knowledge of workshop machines
• Confirmed experience on Weinig 5-axis CNC
• Good knowledge of CNC programming
• Knowledge of the NCHops program is an asset
• Perfectly autonomous, organized and responsible
• Mature person with a good sense of responsibility
• Experience in the management and supervision of a team
• Good team spirit and good communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and ensure the follow-up of production in an efficient manner
