FINMA supervises the Swiss financial market. It protects the interests of investors, creditors, and the insured, and contributes to the stability and competitiveness of financial market participants through its supervision. In the Operations business unit, we offer you a position as a

Main tasks

• Receipt, analysis, and processing of malfunction reports and service requests
• Technical support for our employees on-site, by telephone, and remotely
• Support of IT workstations, mobile devices, as well as user and authorization management
• Cooperation with the ICT specialist teams as well as participation in projects, rollouts, and tests
• Active participation in the optimization of our support processes and knowledge documentation

Profile

• Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ or comparable qualification - IT-affine career changers with experience in IT support are also welcome
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and ideally experience with Intune
• Analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension, as well as an independent, solution-oriented way of working
• Service-oriented, communicative, and team-capable personality who also keeps an overview in hectic situations
• Very good German or French skills (C1) as well as good knowledge (B2) of the respective other language
