Project Manager XUND is committed to the education and further training of sufficient and qualified healthcare professionals for Central Switzerland and offers a wide, practical range of education and further training "from a single source" in Luzern and Alpnach with the Higher Vocational Schools for Nursing and BMA, postgraduate studies, intercompany courses, and continuing education. Your tasks You are responsible company-wide for effective, systematic, and hands-on project management. You ensure that ideas become real progress. You keep an eye on goals, milestones, and resources and ensure traceable reporting. You analyze existing processes, develop pragmatic improvements with a focus on effectiveness and everyday suitability, and implement them carefully with the involved teams. You promote open, solution-oriented, and transparent cooperation across different areas. You bring people together: internal specialist departments, external partners, stakeholders from the healthcare sector. You actively shape change processes, create orientation, and understand how to take people along on the path of change with appropriate Change Management. Your profile You bring sound experience and confidence in project & process management and understand how to manage projects in a structured, cross-functional, and effective manner. Your ability to design processes holistically, to think about interfaces between different areas, and to develop continuous, practical solutions distinguishes you. You succeed in transferring the use of AI, digital tools, and new trends into the organization in a practical way.
