Your challenge ##

• Technical and personnel leadership of the mechanical assembly unit
• Ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and timely assembly process
• Planning, controlling, and continuous optimization of workflows and resources
• Leading, promoting, and developing employees
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and production specifications
• Close cooperation with the production, logistics, engineering, and quality departments
• Participation in and leadership of improvement projects to increase efficiency and productivity
• Promoting a positive, solution-oriented team culture as well as cross-departmental cooperation

Your profile ##

• Technical basic training with further training in the field of mechanics, production, and leadership
• Several years of experience in precision mechanical assembly and system construction
• Strong understanding of industrial production and assembly processes
• Proven leadership personality with enthusiasm for employee leadership and development
• High social competence, strong communication skills, and team orientation
• Entrepreneurial personality with drive, implementation strength, and a strong hands-on mentality
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications
