General psychiatric acute ward with integrated ICU
Your tasks
Taking responsibility for evidence-based, relationship-oriented psychiatric nursing in close interprofessional collaboration
Planning, implementation and evaluation of individual nursing and sociotherapeutic measures
Co-shaping a recovery-oriented treatment milieu as well as promoting the individual resources and independence of the patients
Professional management of demanding psychiatric treatment situations with a focus on prevention and evidence-based de-escalation strategies
Involvement, counseling and support of relatives and other reference persons
Your profile
Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, ideally with experience or further training in the field of psychiatry
Interest in modern, evidence-based and recovery-oriented psychiatric nursing
Enjoyment of responsible psychiatric nursing as well as independent and interprofessional work
Relationship, communication and social competence
Team-oriented, reflective and solution-oriented way of working

The Psychiatrie Baselland (PBL) is one of the leading psychiatric institutions in Northwest Switzerland. It offers comprehensive outpatient, day-clinic, outreach (Home Treatment) and inpatient therapies for adults as well as children and adolescents.
