In the residential groups of our boarding schools (children and adolescents) or in school classes of the Heilpädagogische Schule and in the after-school care

Learning from each other
We meet in our communities and are happy to pass on our specialist knowledge. With us, there is the possibility to prepare professionally for a later training.

Mentor included
Regular, concept-guided internship guidance and introduction to selected issues of Social Work are included. Our package is quite comprehensive.

Teamwork
We work in a team. These are characterized by humor, ability to reflect, resilience, and flexibility. If you bring these requirements, you will soon be part of it.

Company events
We educate and accompany successfully. We also celebrate this every now and then. Your talents are therefore in demand in many ways.

Bitcoin-
Unfortunately, there are no Bitcoins with us; the salary is still paid out with real money. As an intern, you will not become rich, but it is enough to survive.

You can do this-
To accompany children and adolescents with cognitive disabilities / learning disabilities, a respectful and appreciative attitude is required.
If you have completed a vocational apprenticeship or have completed a middle school and also have both feet on the ground, you should apply to us.
