Your field of activity

• Production of bread, rolls and fine pastries
• Preparing, processing and baking doughs
• Ensuring a constantly high product quality
• Participation in the development of new baked goods
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Care and cleaning of machines and workplaces
• Support with goods orders and inventory management
• Agogic accompaniment, guidance and promotion of the employees at the supported workplace

Your profile

• Training as a baker or corresponding professional experience
• Passion for traditional baking craftsmanship
• Further training or experience in work agogics and in working with people with impaired performance is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• High quality and hygiene awareness
• Team spirit and flexibility
• Readiness for early working hours as well as day shifts (Monday to Saturday)
