• Professional support and advice for our customers via telephone and email in German and French or Italian
• Processing of inquiries, orders, and complaints
• Ensuring a smooth workflow in daily business
• Close cooperation with internal departments

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training or experience in customer service
• Career changers with a high service orientation are also welcome
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
• Very good German and French skills or Italian skills
• Good user knowledge in MS Office
