In Oncology/Radiation Oncology at USZ, you will take on a central role as a specialist in the further development of nursing quality and support your team in dealing with complex patient situations. Your main tasks

• You care for patients with complex clinical pictures in oncology/hematology and/or radiation oncology
• You actively contribute specialist topics to the department's activities
• You convey knowledge and passion for the profession with didactic skill
• Together with the nursing expertise, you are responsible for professional support and quality assurance in the department
• You are the first point of contact for team members in professional questions
• You support long-term as well as newly hired employees through targeted coaching

Your profile

• You are a skilled nursing professional and have a Bachelor's degree as well as at least two years of professional experience in an acute care hospital and the willingness to complete specialist advanced training in nursing.
• You bring very good communication skills and a quick grasp of things
• You feel comfortable in rapidly changing situations and can set priorities
• As a cooperative and constructive team member, you take on a role model function and, together with management and vocational training, are co-responsible for the department
