Business Analyst SSBI (Self-Service Business Intelligence) # (m/f/d) freelance/in temporary permanent employment for a project Bern Start date: immediately Reference number: 892109/1 Project information ### • No sub-contracting possible, exclusively personnel leasing via Hays (Schweiz) Tasks ### • Recording, analysis and documentation of functional requirements in the reporting and BI environment • Planning, moderation and implementation of workshops with specialist departments and IT stakeholders • Analysis of existing data stocks using SQL queries • Identification and evaluation of inconsistencies in different data sources • Development of requirements for data models, key figures and reporting solutions • Conception and further development of BI dashboards taking existing solutions into account • Ensuring traceable and precise documentation of data requirements • Coordination with data protection officers regarding planned data processing • Advising specialist departments and mediating between business, data engineering and BI development • Promoting an open exchange and cooperation in a data-driven environment Profile ### • Experience as a Business Analyst in the BI, data analytics or reporting environment • Sound knowledge of requirements analysis and stakeholder management • Very good SQL knowledge and experience in the analysis of complex data structures • Practical experience with Power BI and reporting solutions • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Semantic Models and ETL processes • Understanding of data architectures, data flows and data quality management • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical data and reporting solutions • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with high prioritization competence • Strong communication, moderation and advisory competence as well as high social competence • Very good German skills (mandatory) as well as English skills at B2 level Benefits ### • Responsible and varied activity in a technically exciting environment • Access to state-of-the-art technologies and tools • Remote possibility
