Your Task ##

• You assume overall responsibility for demanding electrical planning projects and accompany them from conception to implementation.
• In doing so, you coordinate the various project participants and ensure efficient, high-quality project execution.
• You lead your project team technically and support your colleagues with technical and organizational issues.
• As a competent contact person, you maintain direct exchange with clients, architectural offices, specialist planners, and other project partners.
• You actively participate in the further development of internal processes and structures.
• You can also contribute your experience and ideas to the promotion and development of employees.
• Digitalization and modern ways of working are part of a contemporary project organization for you.

Your Profile ##

• A completed basic technical training in the electrical field as well as an advanced qualification in the field of electrical planning or building technology, for example at HF, FH level or with a comparable degree.
• Several years of professional experience in the planning and realization of electrical projects.
• Experience in the independent management of projects and ideally initial leadership experience.
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and maintaining an overview even with more complex tasks.
• A structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial way of working.
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance when dealing with different contact persons.
• Openness towards new technologies, digital solutions, and modern working methods.
