Tasks

In this role, you are an important part of our dedicated teams in the Würth Shops in the Bern region. We are looking for a committed and responsible personality with a strong service mindset:

  • You convince our customers through competent conversations to meet their needs and generate sales.
  • You record orders in the system and ensure smooth processes as well as the management of goods and inventory.
  • You carry out office work to ensure the smooth operation of the Würth Shop.
  • You implement promotions and ensure compliance with guidelines to increase the shop's turnover and success.
  • You participate in customer events, support inventories and attend meetings to drive the further development of the shop.

Requirements

  • A completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist EFZ in the hardware sector or similar.
  • A well-groomed appearance and a friendly personality are part of your professionalism in customer contact.
  • Your pronounced sales mentality and the willingness to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and successful sales professional.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage and enables you to handle business processes efficiently.
