Architect or Drafter specializing in architecture (80-100%) Our office We are an established architectural firm with a young, dynamic team and a diverse range of activities. From private residential buildings and conversions to agricultural construction projects, we handle varied tasks and accompany our projects from the first idea to implementation. We are now looking for reinforcement for our team as of or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility In this interesting and extremely varied position, you are responsible for creating project plans, execution plans, and detail plans for various new construction and conversion projects in private residential buildings as well as agricultural construction projects. Furthermore, you will independently accompany projects from initial contact to building application, in coordination with the clients and the responsible authorities. Your profile Training as a drafter specializing in architecture or structural draftsman Further training as an Architect FH or similar training desired at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position very good CAD knowledge (preferably ArchiCAD or Cadwork) Enjoyment of working independently and great initiative Sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality Driver's license category B A responsible position with a lot of creative freedom in a young and dynamic team awaits you.
