Your tasks

• You lead, develop and encourage the Mediation team with the areas of Labor Market Service (AMS) and Employer Advisory (AGB).
• You ensure that the defined mediation, performance and quality objectives as well as the agreed placement rates are achieved.
• You analyze indicators and effects, implement improvement measures and continuously develop processes.
• You guarantee professional and service-oriented support to employers during recruitments and job fillings.
• You ensure the legally compliant and efficient implementation of the obligation to report vacancies and the associated mediation processes.
• You encourage cross-sectoral collaboration between employer advisory, the labor market service, personnel consulting as well as other interest groups.
• You strengthen active employer management and promote the transfer of knowledge on labor market and industry themes.
• You actively participate in projects, change initiatives and the development of mediation services.

Your skills

• You have a higher education degree (HF, FH or equivalent) in economics, personnel management, professional integration, social insurance or a related field.
• You have several years of professional leadership experience in public placement, recruitment, personnel consulting or a comparable environment.
• You possess good knowledge of unemployment insurance and relevant labor market legislation.
• You have experience in employee management as well as in steering objectives, performance and indicators.
• You think in an interconnected and entrepreneurial manner and consistently orient your actions towards impact, quality and results.
• You convince through your communication strength, your ability to persuade as well as your great competence in cooperation and consulting.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and are proficient with digital specialized applications as well as common Office programs.
