Responsible Business Development VARA-Business 100% (m/f/d) - German-speaking Switzerland Region

With VARA-Business, we are building a strategic business unit for modern drinking water solutions in companies and institutions. Our modular systems deliver filtered, chilled, sparkling, or hot water depending on the need. For consistent market expansion, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, technically savvy, and strong-selling personality.

Which area of responsibility awaits you with us:

• Building up the VARA-Business division in German-speaking Switzerland and sustainably developing revenue
• Acquiring new B2B customers, especially companies, public institutions, schools, gastronomy, hotels, and large kitchens
• Advising customers technically and commercially, from the requirement through to the offer and commissioning
• Coordinating customer projects in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners
• Planning and conducting product demonstrations, training, customer events, and trade fair appearances
• Systematically recording market and customer information as well as ensuring CRM and sales reporting
• Contributing impulses for the further development of the offering, sales channels, and services

What we wish for from you in technical terms:

• Technical or commercial training with strong technical understanding
• Successful experience in B2B field service, business development, or project sales
• Ideally experience with drinking water systems, kitchen technology, building technology, gastronomy, or facility management
• Enjoyment of acquisition, market development, and the building of long-term customer relationships
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with high personal responsibility
• Proficient German or Swiss German; French language skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems
• Willingness for regular travel
