Represented in Romandie and German-speaking Switzerland, Centre Patronal is a company in the service of companies and the private sector. It offers services in particular in the areas of social insurance, occupational pension schemes, legal and economic advice, as well as training.
As part of the further development of its activities, Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon AG, a company in the field of Human Resources Management and the administration of pension funds.
To strengthen our team in the area of labor and social insurance law in Bern or in Zürich, we are looking for a committed personality as a Lawyer (f/m).
Your tasks
Processing of concerns in the field of labor law as well as in adjacent areas of law (including social insurance, data protection or foreign nationals law)
Advising our customers on labor law issues (written and oral)
Conception and implementation of further training and seminars
Writing of legal specialist articles and other specialist content
Active co-design and continuous further development of our legal services as well as our online platform
Your profile
Completed legal studies at a university (MLaw or lic. iur.), bar admission or additional qualifications are an advantage
Several years of professional experience in labor law, ideally supplemented by knowledge in adjacent areas of law
Experience in advising companies is an advantage
Enjoyment in conveying legal content, ideally experience in conducting further training or seminars
Strong service and customer orientation
Very good German skills, knowledge of ösischkenntnisse is an advantage
Team-oriented, proactive and open personality
Interest in digital topics as well as strong editorial skill
