Join Schivo Medical, a specialist in the manufacturing of high-precision components for medical devices and life sciences. As part of its business development, Mecaplast SA, specializing in the high-precision molding of plastics, metals, and ceramics, is looking for a:

NPI / Industrialization Engineer – Medical Devices – at 100 %

At the heart of industrialization, you will manage NPI projects, from process definition to the start of series production. You will evolve in a technical, demanding, and innovative environment, within a human-sized structure, with varied activities and concrete responsibilities.

Your mission:

• Manage industrialization projects and their planning by ensuring the monitoring of various stages, deadlines, and actions until production launch;
• Coordinate Production, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to ensure effective collaboration and the successful achievement of project objectives;
• Define and optimize manufacturing processes, as well as the equipment, tooling, and control means necessary for reliable and high-performance production;
• Plan and supervise trials, pre-series, and IQ/OQ/PQ validations, by analyzing results and implementing the necessary actions for process robustness;
• Ensure industrial documentation and transfer to production, ensuring that the necessary processes, instructions, and means are defined and controlled;
• Accompany the first production series, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and manage actions to stabilize and optimize processes;
• Ensure technical monitoring of projects and communication with clients, providing your expertise on aspects related to processes, industrialization, and production;
• Contribute to continuous improvement by searching for solutions to improve the quality, productivity, reliability, and repeatability of processes.

Your profile:

• Education: HES or EPF engineering degree, or training deemed equivalent, in a technical field such as mechanics, microtechnology, industrial engineering, production, or a similar field.
• Professional experience: experience in industrialization/NPI, technical project management, or industrial production, ideally in a medical or regulated environment, is an asset. Experience in a cleanroom is also appreciated.
• Tools and data: ease with IT tools and the ability to exploit and analyze data (Excel, ERP, etc.).
• Personal qualities: proactive, autonomous, and pragmatic personality, with a strong orientation towards solutions and continuous improvement.
• Teamwork: strong presence on the ground and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Languages: excellent command of French and a good level of professional English required.
