Job description
At visoparents, we create spaces where children with and without disabilities can grow, learn, and feel comfortable. For this to succeed, people are needed who think ahead, take responsibility, and reliably shape everyday life. The Kita Kinderhaus Imago cares for children with and without disabilities from 3 months of age. Our integrative concept is unique in Switzerland: half of the places are reserved for children with a disability, a (rare) illness and/or a behavioral abnormality. As of 1. August 2027, we are offering two apprenticeship positions at Kinderhaus Imago Baar. This is what awaits you:

You will learn to care for, accompany, and promote the development of children with and without disabilities
Together with the team, you will actively help shape the children's everyday life
Domestic tasks are also part of your daily training and give you insights into the organization of daily group life
Step by step, you will get to know the nursing support and accompaniment of children and increasingly take on responsibility
What you bring with you:

A secondary school certificate at level A or B
Interest and joy in working with young children
Empathy as well as a respectful and appreciative manner with other people
Joy in taking on responsibility, combined with a reliable way of working
Flexibility, resilience, and openness to new challenges
What we offer you:

A varied and exciting training position with qualified vocational trainers
Collaboration with experienced specialists from the fields of care, pedagogy, medicine, and nursing
Professional structures and attractive working conditions
Good accessibility with public transport. Workplace: Baar
A motivated, warm, and collegial team that accompanies and supports you during your training
Would you like to get to know us? We will be happy to answer your questions.
