For this newly created position, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and technically proficient personality, starting in January 2027 or by arrangement, who will actively help shape the structural development of the municipality. Field of responsibilities #### • Management of the building administration including building permit procedures • Leadership and minute-taking of the building commission • Advising clients, architects, and commissions on building law matters • Monitoring of building requirements • Responsibility for roads, supply/disposal, as well as municipal properties • Coordination of the external works service • Member of the local planning commission and the municipal management staff Your qualifications #### • Technical or construction-related training with a high affinity for the construction industry • Preferably practical experience in building administration or public construction • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing • All-rounder qualities, organizational talent, and assertiveness • Good IT user skills and strong administrative skills • Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working • Enjoyment of uncomplicated contact with the population, authorities, and companies The offer #### You will take on a versatile and responsible activity with great scope for creativity.
