Retail Manager: farfalla Stores 80-100%

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and flexible Retail Manager 80-100%, who shares our passion for natural products, starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this key role, you will actively shape the future of our farfalla Stores. You combine entrepreneurial thinking with genuine enthusiasm for plant power, sustainability, and people – and lead our retail world with heart, clarity, and foresight.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the further development of the farfalla Stores according to our corporate strategy and the sales targets
• Responsibility for the control and analysis of retail-specific KPIs as well as derivation of optimization measures for performance control
• Responsibility for the consistent implementation of our CI and implementation of all marketing activities in the farfalla Stores
• Identification of talents as well as coaching and support of our team leaders, empowering them to inspire and lead their teams effectively
• Recruitment of new team members as well as appreciative and motivated leadership of the farfalla Store team
• Discovery of potential new retail locations as well as committed establishment of new locations with engagement and entrepreneurial spirit

Your profile

• Genuine enthusiasm for natural products and sustainability
• Further education or studies in business administration, ideally based on completed training as Drogistin EFZ, Pharma-Assistentin EFZ, or Detailhandelsfachperson EFZ
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership position, preferably in cosmetic or lifestyle retail
• Strong leadership competence as well as a structured, efficient, and process-oriented way of working
• Sales strength, empathy, and the ability to inspire customers & employees equally
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, high IT affinity, and enjoyment of continuous further development
• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form
