Technical Clerk Grid Connections (all)

Your Tasks

• You check and assess technical connection requests (TAG), clarify missing information, and ensure complete processing
• You organize and prioritize incoming connection requests independently and reliably keep an eye on deadlines and open tasks
• For efficient processing, you coordinate closely with internal specialist departments and external specialist partners
• You advise our customers competently and in a solution-oriented manner regarding connection possibilities, processing status, and further procedure
• You communicate technical assessments as well as their economic and temporal impacts in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner
• You also find suitable solutions for demanding customer concerns and involve the relevant specialist departments in a timely manner for complex issues
• With your ideas, you actively participate in the further development and digitalization of our grid connection processes

Your Profile

• You have basic training in electrical engineering as well as ideally relevant further training, for example at the level of professional examination or technician HF; alternatively, you have a FH degree or comparable professional experience
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering and an understanding of grid connection processes as well as their economic and regulatory contexts characterize you
• You enjoy communicating with different stakeholder groups and have very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Your way of working is structured and independent. Even with several parallel cases, you maintain an overview and set the right priorities
• You bring a strong customer and service orientation as well as a confident and convincing appearance
• You enjoy working in a team, appreciate collaborative and agile ways of working, and are open to using new digital tools
• Even in demanding situations, you remain solution-oriented and are enthusiastically engaged in the further development of our power grid
