Area of responsibility

• Ensuring complete, timely, and contractually compliant billing of outpatient and inpatient services
• Processing of cancellations, re-invoicing, and rejections
• Competent provision of information regarding fees and tariff regulations to patients, relatives, service providers, guarantors, and authorities
• Administration and maintenance of patient documents in the corresponding IT systems
• Provision of information by telephone
• Creation of cost estimates
• Co-supervision and support of trainees in commerce of the H+ industry

Profile

• Completed vocational or further education in the commercial field, ideally with experience in healthcare
• Good knowledge of the legal and contractual tariff bases, especially TARDOC, outpatient flat rates, and SwissDRG
• High IT affinity and confident handling of various applications, preferably Navision, IBI-care, Clinical, as well as common Microsoft Office applications
• Strong service orientation, pleasant manners, and a confident and professional appearance
• Networked, careful, and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to maintain an overview and stay calm even in hectic situations
• Committed, team-oriented, and professionally competent personality with initiative and quick comprehension
