Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the technical execution of construction sites in the field of renovation and ensure smooth processes
• On-site, you lead the construction site personnel with technical competence, coordinate deployments in close cooperation with the construction management, and react flexibly to changing requirements
• Throughout the entire execution phase, you keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality and actively support the construction management in project controlling
• You ensure compliance with regulations regarding occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection and ensure safe working on the construction site

Your foundation

• You have basic training in structural engineering, renovation, or property maintenance and have ideally completed further training as a foreman or gang leader, or alternatively, you bring sound professional experience in renovation
• With your open personality and entrepreneurial thinking, you confidently lead and motivate employees through demanding renovation projects
• You value direct contact with customers and business partners and have a good understanding of economic contexts
• In the varied daily routine of renovation, you convince through initiative, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented way of working
