who creatively and actively supports our small team in the area of marketing and communication. Ideally, you have completed training as a Polygraf/in EFZ and are well-versed in the world of shopping centers or retail. You bring professional experience in handling analog and digital media and thus feel competent and confident. You are used to working expeditiously and independently and surprise with your wealth of ideas.

In cooperation with the center management, you develop the graphic implementation of all center-related activities and campaigns and are subsequently responsible for their operational implementation. The varied and exciting challenge includes the following main tasks:

• Design and implementation of versatile communication media for print, in-house advertising and digital media, observing the common rules of graphic design.
• Disposition and booking of analog media
• Professional preparation and control of print data
• Deputy management of digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business)
• Maintenance and optimization of the website with WordPress as well as support in the management of social media channels and newsletter marketing
• Cooperation with marketing and decoration departments
• Assumption of various organizational and administrative tasks

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a Polygraf/in EFZ
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and MS-Office skills
• You possess impeccable German skills in speaking and writing
• Knowledge and experience on the agency side are an advantage
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• You are familiar with our local media
• Enjoyment of working with different internal and external contact persons
