On 1 January 2025, careköniz was created from the merger of SPITEX Region Köniz and logisplus and today employs around 370 employees. Your tasks
You bear responsibility for needs-based care and support.
As a reference person, you are responsible for the care process and MDS coordination.
You take over shift responsibility in the residential area.
You provide care according to the principles of Basal Stimulation, Kinaesthetics, Palliative Care and Validation.
You are co-responsible for the implementation of the specifications.
Your profile
You have a tertiary education in the nursing field as well as professional experience.
You feel comfortable in a dynamic, subacute and fast-paced environment and bring the necessary flexibility for it.
You are committed with much joy and passion to people in need of care, elderly people.
You are a team player, responsible, enjoy working independently and are high-performing and resilient.
We require very good German skills in speaking and writing, furthermore you understand the Swiss German language.
