Your tasks - our position

• Taking charge of patients within the scope of professional competencies in collaboration with the registered nursing staff.
• Autonomous execution of various tasks in the fields of administration, logistics and housekeeping
• Co-responsibility for high quality of care and active participation in the continuous improvement process
• Promotion of goal-oriented and solution-oriented collaboration within the interprofessional care team.

Your skills - our expectations

• Certificate of capacity as an assistant in community nursing and health care
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, stress resistance and sense of responsibility
• Organized and conscientious work
• Communication in German or French with knowledge of the other language (A2 min)
