Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in personnel consulting or recruitment, preferably in the construction environment
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Independent, structured way of working and high self-motivation
• Resilience, reliability, and quality awareness
